adventure on the trails!

Bedford Free Library and the BRLA invite you to join us for another wonderful installment of our "Tales on the Trails" Series! Join us for a short, kid-friendly trail hike + story time in the woods with Children's Librarian, Kelly Crummy.

No strollers or dogs. Must be able to comfortably walk a short distance in the woods.

BIRDS & BAGELS

Oct 25th, 7:30 - 9:30 AM 

Enjoy a guided bird walk along one of Bedford Riding Lanes Association’s beautiful trails. Bedford Audubon’s expert Naturalist, Tait Johansson will lead us during the early morning feeding hours. Event includes bagels & coffee.

 Work out all the sugar from the night before with a personalized pumpkin hunt and mini family hike!

Have you been rucking -- or hearing a lot about rucking?

 We've got a rucking-wrecking crew putting together an event for YOU.  Rucking is a physical exercise that involves walking or hiking with a weighted vest or backpack over different terrains and distances.

Our RUCK hike with be guided by BRLA member and local rucker Joe Peters. We're going to take it slow and have a GREAT time. Come out for some amazing exercise with a fun crew! Light refreshments will be provided at the end.
