Bob Torre was a longtime President of the Bedford Riding Lanes Association, acting as a full-time steward, welcoming committee and cheerleader. An avid trail rider and volunteer, his devotion to the BRLA produced an impeccably maintained trail system and a community of members, of all generations, who found common ground in their love for the bucolic trails. 

The Board of Directors of the BRLA has named the jumping field on Katonah Woods Road the Bob Torre Jumping Field. Working together with the landowner, we will place a plaque in his honor to commemorate the legacy he created at the BRLA. The BRLA celebrates the invaluable contribution Bob made to the BRLA and is grateful for the thriving organization he left in our hands. We miss him already.
