Join us for another exciting event on the beautiful BRLA trails -- followed by a social gathering including gourmet boxed lunches, awards & prizes -- and sweet treats for all! 


Once again we are encouraging creative team names + festive dress! Gather your teammates, trailers and race gear ... and register today!  The event begins at 8:30 am, rain or shine!

L U N C H

The Pace "Lunch Social" is on once again!  This fall we look forward to gathering again as a group and enjoying some safe, outdoor socializing with all of you.  Tables, chairs and linens will be provided. Awards and prizes will be announced -- and an ice cream truck will visit for all to enjoy!

Lunch will begin at approx. 12:30/1pm and continue until the last teams have arrived and enjoyed their meals. Please review the lunch selections below and confirm orders with your teammates before you begin the online registration process.  Lunches are selected as an 'add-on' to your registration for $16/ea. Lunch can be ordered through end-of-day Wednesday, Sept 7th. 

Lunch Option #1 (Gluten-free/Vegetarian) - includes a cranberry, apple, feta & quinoa salad bowl, slice of glazed apple loaf

Lunch Option #2 - includes1/2 sandwich of freshly roasted turkey, brie & honey-mustard on whole wheat bread, side of jicama-cabbage slaw, slice of glazed apple loaf 

Lunch Option #3 - includes 1/2 sandwich of chicken salad & greens on a ciabatta roll, side of jicama-cabbage slaw, slice of glazed apple loaf 

(*all lunches include a flat or sparkling water or iced tea)

REGISTRATION

Please READ the following:

-Pre-registration is required and all payments must be processed in advance - no walk-ins will be permitted

- In accordance with ABTS Pace rules, teams of 4 are NO LONGER PERMITTED. Teams of 2 and 3 are permitted. If you are a group of 4 please break into 2 groups and we will start you very close together -- please make a note in your registration. 

-A negative Coggins test for each horse must be uploaded with your registration or received by email prior to Thursday, Sept. 8th

-If you plan to register and pay for your teammates all at once, please plan ahead by asking them their lunch preferences.

-Please make sure that teammates registering separately all use the same team name  (when this detail is entered inaccurately it causes considerable spreadsheet confusion - thank you!! )

- The Pace "Lunch Social" is on once again! Three new gourmet boxed lunches are available for pre-order this year along with your registration (menu choices listed above, please review menu and teammates' preferences before registering).

- Requirements for Junior level pace participation are that rider should be comfortable, safe and appropriate on a trail ride, be able to walk / trot / canter … and appropriately handle a water crossing (bridge or stream).

Registration closes for this event Friday, Sept. 9th at 11am.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR SCRATCHES. CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PERMITTED THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING 5PM.
